In 1992 came a very excentric GT coupé from Subaru, the SVX . Designed by the famous Giugiaro from Italdesign and with Subarus unique high-end technology the result became one of Subarus best cars up till now. Giugiaros idea was that everything above the waistline should have the illusion of being in glass. The roof is however of steel on the production model but black painted not to abandon the original concept of the unvisible A, B and C-pillars.
A 3.3 litre boxer six of 230 hp and AWD thruogh an automatic gearbox gives good performance, road handling and comfort without being front heavy or boring. Our car is a 1992 year model in Whine Red Metallic. Previos owner was an elderly man in the Heidelberg area and the car is only "lightly Sunday driven ".
